SILICONE SEALANT: UNICORN 5200 NEUTRAL CURE

Neutral silicone sealant is a low-odor offers outstanding adhesion to most building materials. It uses to sealing aluminum window and door frames, sealing assemblies of metal, masonry, concrete, coated surfaces, plastics, expansion and construction joints in precast concrete or other masonry walls etc.

Acetic silicone sealant cures to a tough, rubbery and good resistance to weathering. It uses on wide range application such as sealing small aquarium, marine cabin, bonding signs, gasket in heating and refrigerating units, formed-in-place gasket for gear boxes, compressors and pumps, windshield and backlight replacement, adhering auto and appliance trim, metal ,fabric-backed plastics etc.

 POLYURETHANE SEALANT: UNICORN 6500 / PU 2000

Is suitable for concrete precast installation, wall panel, fill joint between metal structure that need high strength, sealing around automobile, window, frame etc.

 BUTYL RUBBER SEALANT: UNICORN 9500

Butyl rubber sealant is a long life durable waterproof seals which stop leak on roof, gutter, chimney, downspout, skylight, plumbing, vehicle joint, container. It is also uses to fill gap of rigid foam sheet of cold room and refrigerator. Butyl sealant has excellent adhesion to many construction materials such as metal sheet, CPAC monier roof sheet , stainless steel, pvc, wood and concrete. Paintable.

 SILICONIZED ACRYLIC SEALANT: UNICORN 3500

Siliconized anti-fungus acrylic sealant cures with tough, high flexible and strong adhesiveness to the most building materials. Suitable for sealing around aluminum window and door frame, filling gap in fiber cement board, particle board, gypsum board, pvc plastic siding trim, airduct , plumbing and HVAC applications etc. Not recommend for application where water may immerse. Paintable.

 ULTRA CLEAR ACRYLIC SEALANT: UNICORN 4500

Ultra clear acrylic sealant applies white colour and dries to crystal clear within 4-5 days. Suitable to fill gap and use as adhesive with general furniture wood work built-in, interior design, siding trim, kitchen or fixing broken ceramic materials. It is paintable and mildew resistant.

 Colour: white dries to crystal clear.

 ACRYLIC SEALANT : PROGAPS 999

Use to seal gap around aluminum door and window frame with wall panel , fiber Cement sheet, pvc siding trim, MDF, plywood, furniture build in, ceiling, wall Crack. Non toxic, low ordor and paintable. Anti fungus and bacteria protection on film.

P 999 contains low volatile organic compounds ( VOCs ) by using water as carrier instead of petroleum-based solvents which reduced levels of volatile organic compound ( VOCs ) that emit smog-forming chemicals pollutions into air and toxic harmful to humans especially reduce the incidence of eye or respiratory irritation from exposure to VOC fumes.

 FLASHING TAPE : U 555

Black Bitumen flashing tape covers face with aluminum foil to protect heat and UV from sunlight. It uses to adhere slap on every type of roof, gutter, chimney, downspout, skylight, plumbing and HVAC, vehicle joint, container etc. Excellent durable and long life waterproof resistant.

 GLUE NAIL WATER BASED : UNICORN RD-9

Water based construction adhesive which has high grip to most building materials. It is Low odor, non toxic, non corrosive, non flammable (solvent free). Uses on MDF, plywood, UPVC, PVC, plastic siding trim, particle board, timber, styrene foam, concrete and masonry, ceramic tile, corrugated and metal roof sheet, fiber cement sheet, marble, granite etc. Typically be used on the area where nailing is not desirable such as polystyrene foam laminated with gypsum board, concrete or metal roof sheet.

 Intumescent fire retardant  acrylic sealant : PROGAPS 999

Usage: Progaps999 inturmescent fire retardant acrylic sealant formulated to form a intumescent fire resistant barrier that swell under heat condition which protect fire smoke and fume spread through gap from room to adjacent room area Allow the people enough time for fire evacuation. Uses to seal joint in certain area such as fire rated window and door rame wall joints, metal pipes, HVAC systlem, cable bundles etc..

Features: Progaps 999 intumescent fire retardant acrylic sealant is water based compound contains low volatlie organic compound (low VOCs). Halogen, asbestos and sovent free. Gap movenert capability approximately 10%Low odor, non-corrosive to metals paintable and easy clean up with water.

Standard: Progaps 999 intumescentfire retardant acrylic sealert achieved up to 4 hours maximum temperature 1,200 c. joint fire resistance tested in according with BS 476 part 20 1987 in large scale vertical furnance test at The Fire Safety Research Centert (FSRC), department of civil engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. (Reference No. FSRC-016/60) Width test recommend 6.0 -15.0 mm.
